7. Liability
7.1 Bestoke Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use of our products or services.
7.2 Our liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
7.3 We do not guarantee the suitability of materials provided by customers for engraving.
7.4 Bestoke Ltd is not responsible for unsatisfactory or spoilt results on items brought in by the customer for engraving. Customers acknowledge that engraving on their own items carries inherent risks, and Bestoke Ltd accepts no liability for damage, defects, or undesired outcomes.

8. Force Majeure
8.1 Bestoke Ltd shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfill an order due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
